Peter has 40 years in the building industry. He has undertaken a wide variety of Building consultancy activities including thousands of pre-purchase inspections, maintenance reports,and expert witness reports. Involved in detailed investigations into water penetration, termite damage and repairs in buildings. Participated in hundreds of insurance claims involving the Department of Fair Trading, builders, contractors, building consultants, pest companies, insurance companies and home owners.
Peter has acted as an expert for Court and Consumer Claims Tribunal matters on Building Defects and Waterproofing issues. He has carried out progressive, final and quality assurance inspections of over 3,000 residential units for builders and developers, including Multiples, Barclay Mowlem, Abbey Group and Southern Cross.
