John has over fifteen years experience in the building construction industry:

Five years working in electrical trades industry, in domestic and high rise construction, including a two year period in the elevator industry, installing and commissioning elevators and escalators.

Ten years working in the building industry as a building supervisor and tradesman with builders on domestic and commercial projects raging from $5,000 to $1,500,000.

Involved directly in the trades of carpentry, concreting and bricklaying and overseeing finishing trades.

In 1999 John joined Tyrrells Property Inspections NSW, undertaking pre-purchase property and pest inspections. He has inspected over 1500 properties.
