I joined the Tyrrells family in 2008, after 12 years working in large architectural practices in Sydney and the Central Coast, to establish Tyrrells Plans and Approvals.

I get great satisfaction from being involved in all stages of building and construction projects; from concept to completion. I am committed to making the plans & approvals process trouble free by providing our clients with quality design, documentation and advice.

    • Set up the 'Plans and Approvals' division of Tyrrells Property Inspections
    • Introduced 'Autodesk Revit' architectural 3D modelling software.
    • Developed best practice systems and templates for our customers
    • Assisted clients through the design, documentation & approvals process

    Key projects include:
    • The Salvation Army: Rejuvenation of existing office building in Auburn to house several departments of the Salvation Army and the Auburn Worship Centre
    • Grand Hotel, Wyong: Refurbishment of an existing hotel, including new outdoor gaming room, bistro and sports bar
    • Forestville: 72 'affordable' residential housing apartments
    • Turbomeca Australasia: Alterations to existing building for expanded production line, including access link to existing development.
    • Terrigal: 8 luxury 'eco-friendly' residential townhouses
    • Bellevue Hill: Remediation work to replace balconies and balustrades on art deco apartment building
    • Macron Music: Relocation of existing music store to new premises, including training rooms and performance hall.
    • Palm Court Commercial Suites: Conversion of a disused restaurant into commercial office suites.

    • 10 Grosvenor Rd, Terrigal: 3 luxury residential apartments overlooking Terrigal Bowl, with basement carpark "Eclipse on Hills",
    • 34-44 Hills St, Gosford: 2 buildings comprising 30 quality residential apartments with basement carpark.
    • "Ken Duncan Gallery", Erina Heights: Art Gallery, Cafe, and Theatrette for the display & sales of Ken Duncan photography.
    • Bourne Family Hotels: Design & Detailing of alterations to several taverns & Hotels for compliance with Smoking & Gaming regulations
    • "Parklands Tavern & Post Office", Mt Penang Parklands: Proposed Tavern, Wine Centre, Brewery & Post Office
