A Capital Works Fund report informs the Owners Corporation of the levy required to meet the cost of maintenance and repairs. It is a requirement under Strata Management Act 2015.
Capital Works Fund levies should be set at levels to suit each individual building depending upon age, location, condition & quality.
Our Report will prioritise the overall requirements for future spend on maintenance and repairs.
