In that time I’ve endeavoured to blend my practical know-how with the construction knowledge, document analysis and people skills required to consult effectively on a broad range of building issues. I’m committed to obtaining fair and practical outcomes in building dispute matters.
I have forty eight years experience in building construction and consultancy including:
Practical knowledge in most building trades
Design, construction, management and quality assurance of numerous domestic building projects
Inspection and reporting condition, compliance and timber pest status of over 10,000 properties, including buildings for sale, for rental or requiring dilapidation or maintenance, buildings under construction and expert reports concerning defective building work
Expert witness representations in jurisdictions including Mediation, Arbitration, Consumer Claims Tribunals (CTTT & NCAT) and Local, District and Supreme Courts
